Bob Richins Scholarship

LVWC created the Bob Richins Scholarship in 2017 which provides up to $1,000 a year in assistance to students who may need additional funds to meet their citizenship or educational goals.

Applications are made available in March and accepted March through June. It's easy to apply! If you are a student interested in the scholarship, ask your tutor or LVWC staff for more information!

The Bob Richins Scholarship was named in memory of Robert W. Richins, a passionate advocate for Literacy Volunteers of Washington County and a beloved member of LVWC’s Board of Trustees.
